We are currently offering the following downloads:
- The ViewMatch plugin for Chimera. [ViewMatch.zip]
- This allows you to visualize the matches produced by either the LabelHash web server or the command line version.
- The command line version of LabelHash. [OS X (Intel)] [32-bit Linux] [64-bit Linux]
- This includes binaries of the LabelHash programs and some example motifs. Usage of these programs is described in the command line instructions. The included binaries are statically compiled with MPI support, so you can run the programs in parallel.
- A snapshot of the PDB [pdb20081111.zip]
- It saves you the trouble of having to download the PDB files for your matches. This is a 8.0GB (!) download, though.
